Team Practice

I practiced with the team this morning. I hope my schedule allows me to go more consistantly from now on. Swimming went well. At the end of practice instead swimming in seperate lanes, we snaked across the whole pool single file up one lane and then down the next. It felt really good to continously swim like that. I went through the whole pool twice which winds up being 400m which is only about a quarter mile. 1600m equals a mile, so I'd have to swim the entire pool 8 times to equal the swim portion of the triathlon. I partcipated in the run after swimming today. It was only my second time. I chose to go the short cut again today, running past the Barnes museum. The last time I did this run, the Barnes was covered in snow. This time I took a picture. My goal is to work up to running the longer route.
